I have worked for some well know call centers worldwide such as Sykes, Teleperformance, Stream Global Services and Focus Services for campaigns also well known like Expedia, Fedex, Bell Canada, AT&T, US Celular and others. I am a native Spanish speaker from El Salvador San Salvador and I am 100% fluent in English.

I have also worked for some home based projects for companies like Accompli - Outlook Email Support, Incall International - Customer Service and Retention, Tandem Transit - Support Specialist and Networking. I am fully fluent in both English and Spanish at a Native level capable to work under stress under any schedule, willing to work Monday to Friday at any schedule and Sundays if required.
