• Performed conjoint study and profitability analysis to determine the best service offering that would reduce the barriers to multichannel purchasing (without causing cannibalization) for Nespresso Spain.

Route-to-Market (RTM) / Go-to Market Strategy
• Developed 5-year retail expansion plan and P&L projections for the entire Spanish market for Nespresso.
• Developed detailed strategy to enter new distribution channel with high-end olive oil products, sized the food service market, and explored opportunities to create new bulk product for service channel for Deoleo USA.
