I am a Software Engineer for more than 13 years. Since I got graduated with a Computer Science degree I have working in the JVM ecosystem: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Hibernate JPA, etc. Right now I am interested into stream data processing with Apache Kafka and cluster-computing frameworks like Apache Spark with Scala.

My main responsability consists of leading the SDLC of the Backend Data Platform of the company.

I develop software with kotlin, java, groovy, javascript, typescript, and python. This software interacts with subsystems like MySQL, AWS Redshift, Kinesis Streams, Redis, AWS DynamoDB, Elastic Search, graphite

I am used to libraries and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, AWS SDK.

I have used different libraries for testing (JUnit5, Mockito, mockk, kotlintest, spock, assertJ) and use techniques like TDD and BDD

Apps run as docker containers in EC2 instance. I use puppet for their configuration.

I manage the AWS cloud infrastructure with terraform
