As a Senior Product Designer & UX I have worked for Inditex designing internal tools and for the e-commerce side for all it's brands: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home.

· Lead the Product Discovery of the online Returns squad partnering with a Product Owner, a Technical Lead and a Data Scientist (the squad).

· Create a collaboration environment between me, Product Designer, stakeholders and the squad to define initiatives and opportunities, extract data and define Problem Statements and take ownership of the key metrics to achieve their success to help the company reduce return rates.

· Design the end-to-end user experience for the e-commerce of brands for +100M customer base in a simple and elegant way, validating them through user and concept testing.

· Design end-to-end user experience for internal tools for +35 territories and different business cases and environments.

· Utilize a combination of design disciplines to create a smooth, holistic experience, designing deliverables such as Site maps, Prototypes, Wireframes, Usability Reports and Research reports as documents.

· Collaborated with the Product Owner, Product Managers and engineering teams using Agile methodologies and Jira to ensure a quality delivery.

· Review performance of the release, identifying learnings and finding ways to enhance it.
