After working for 9 years in the traditional recruitment industry, as a Business developer, Team Leader, Business Unit Manager and then as a Country Director, I have launched my own HR Tech startup in March 2020.

As a co-founder, I am having a 360 view in how a startup works but my main focus is Sales B2B.

Following our VC funding we built our sales team from scratch. It included the recruitment of our Sales Director and 2 sales. We didn't have the time and mostly the experience to take care of these strategic recruitments.
