I've been working as a Software Enginner for many years, and when working on projects, I love to support the teams to increase their autonomy and potential. I design and propose activities that facilitate and support self-organisation to reach team goals.
My knowledge goes beyond Scrum and Kanban, as I got certified as a SAFe Agilist too. Moreover, I got trained as a Gestalt therapist to acquire further skills to look after the emotional aspect of the dynamics between team members.
