I believe that to change the world, we first need to develop self-knowledge and change from our inner self.
I believe self-introspection is a social responsibility towards oneself and society.
My "why" is to empower people to reconnect with their deep self, make shine their talents but also explore their shadows, so that people can blossom in a fulfilling life, deeply aligned with their authentic self.
This is "JOBFULNESS®", the concept we framed with my partner at Cometa.
How ?
*Curating and facilitating transformative learning experiences, for individuals, corporate (EDF, Lafarge, Veolia, Nomura) and students (ESCP Europe, BSB, IED, IE).
My main areas of expertise: effectual entrepreneurial process, design thinking, authentic communication, ecosystem building, self-knowledge process.
- Exploring in my deep self : I am always digging into my inner self with trainings of psychology (enneagram , Gestalt Therapy), non violent communication (with Thomas d´Ausembourg), coaching (with Joel Guillon).
*Connecting change makers : I love meeting new people, actually LISTENING to people, connecting people, creating patchworks, building collaborations from scratch, involving different people in my projects.
*DOing : I hate talking twice about an idea without making it true, I thrive transforming ideas into real-life projects. Make It Happen & Done is better than perfect are my mantra.
