Our main objective is to sell our offers outside the core website of the company, connecting with different travel companies in order to share and improve our business. The team is also leading some automations in the company, required to help other teams to be more efficient and focus on the real important challenges. Some of the projects carried out:- Creation of a API from scratch involving the requirements, plan, follow-up, test and go-live.- Connecting new channel managers via standard ARI connection. This includes following them in the process, configure their environment and help them to do the testing.- Automation for company teams. Provide business teams in the company with more tools to the their work faster and without manual intervention.- Improve the connection of offer distributors to our catalog via our provider Orchestra. This includes to try to find ways of improving the numbers of the Weekendesk offers in our partners connected via Orchestra.

The main responsibilities were:- PowerBI and Qliksense dashboards requirements for the dev team. The business consultants were responsible of thinking and gathering inputs from the countries in order to generate new dashboards that can help them in their daily work. This requirements had to be presented to the dev team in order to analyze if they were feasible and include them in the roadmap.- Clients management (11 Lidl countries). Support and training to the countries regarding all the dashboards that we were generating. SCRM were adding 3 new countries on the LidlPlus program each 4 months.- Data analysis: Analyze some reports and data received to inform the countries about interesting inputs.- Data extraction: Create ad-hoc reports for the clients by exploring our databases when the information was no available in the dashboards.
