Key areas I’ve worked on and personal achievements: - Complete UI/UX refresh of key screens: Product, Product list, Categories, Bag, Saved items. Deepened my sense of refinement and my eye for design and as I implemented new UI components (dynamic FAB, Save button, Size selector) and designed Activity transitions. - At the forefront of new tech/tools: pushed to get Kotlin into the codebase (18% after 7 months). Early adopter and promoter of Architecture components (ViewModel). Currently exploring Instant Apps as a personal objective. - Focus on quality and clarity: continuously refactoring legacy code. Designed tools to facilitate UI testing (toast/snackbars assertions) and to spot content issues. Keen on sharing knowledge: wrote well-received blog posts (chiefly one about vector drawables, +2000 reputation on StackOverflow to date). - Took leadership as “Release captain”, syncing all teams to ensure a successful release.
