I have been working since 2007 in the area of EPM and BI; covering different roles and industries.
I started as a developer, hands on implementing a design drafted by senior people, giving my own point of view on technical choices and development standards.
As I progressed in my career, I worked in consulting, and I was involved in business development and pre-sales activities; I worked on demos and created POC, and gave my contribution to business / technology architectures and roadmaps. This in addition to the normal project work, where I ranged from team member to lead consultant, overseeing a small of team of junior resources during an implementation.
At present I work as an independent, helping end clients and consulting companies, providing support for specific tasks or taking ownership of projects with internal and external team members.
I also covered support roles, helping fixing defects during business critical timelines (year’s end closing, sales period, etc…).
I’ve got good management skills: ability to organize the work in the team and assign the different tasks to the team members. I’m used to work from the early stages of the project, from organizing workshops for requirements to blueprint and actual technical implementations, but I can pick up quickly when joining an on=going implementation I’ve got good analysis skills and can use my previous experience to provide support and guidance.
I like to work in a team and to motivate and inspire junior resources. I also have experience with formal and informal training.
Experience on different industries: Media, Pharmaceutical, Utilities, Public Sector, Food&Beverages, Consumer Business, and Automotive.
TOGAF, Prince2 and SAP BW certified, work experience in many places in Europe (UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Romania, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Sweden).
