I have been working in IT Services for the last 20 years. In April 2007 I joined Accenture, a company with more than 710k employees worldwide, with a presence in 200 cities of 50 countries. I started as a help desk trainee, going through different projects until 2019 when I became the team leader of the DBA team for the Caterpillar client with members in different countries as USA, Manila, India and Buenos Aires. Meanwhile, I was also part of the DBA team for large companies such as LATAM Airlines, Avianca, Avanade, Petrobras, Applus+ and many others. In Dic 2020 I was assigned to coordinate the back to life of more than 70 instances that suffered a ransomware attack and I was recognized by making different teams as Windows, Applications, Security and DBA to work as a unique team during a critical situation as it was. As Database Administrator these are some of the technologies I manage: Microsoft SQL Server On-Premise: Stand Alone and Clustered Instances, High Availability Always On. Cloud: Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Oracle 11G, 12C and 18C - Basic level. I have covered some colleagues from the Oracle team during vacations or licenses.
