Responsibilities: • Management of the Supply Chain One Order Model for EMEA in SAP Retail, F&R, MM, SD, Customs and POS. • Control and Oversight of incidents and SLA's with internal support teams and external nearshore/offshore support vendors • Definition and Design of new Supply Chain flows from EMEA Distribution Center • Definition and approval of Service Proposals across the different stakeholders (IT, Supply Chain, Finance and Customs). Responsibilities • Belonging to the Global IT PMO, my role is focused on IT Project Management for the SAP-based projects and Capacity Planning for the IT Global Portfolio (50+ annual projects) • Planning, Control and Oversight of Projects. • Control of the Financial Budget related to the Service Costs. • Management for Service Proposals regarding Change Requests Management Tools • Microsoft Project • SAP (MDM, Retail, WMS, BI, F&R) • Local ERP’s for several customer subsidiaries (JDA, Gamma, Navision, Oracle Retail) Business Market (Retail) • Duty Free for seaports, airports, and transportation ships such as airplanes, maritime ships and trains.

Responsibilities • IT Project Management for the SAP MDM-based project belonging to the Global IT PMO of the biggest Duty Free organization worldwide (DUFRY), coordinating not only Spain-based teams but also nearshore/offshore teams located in UK, Switzerland, India and Uruguay. • Planning, Control and Oversight of the Project. • Control of the Financial Budget related to the Service Costs. • Management for Service Proposals regarding Change Requests Management Tools • Microsoft Project • SAP (MDM, Retail, WMS, F&R) • Local ERP’s for several customer subsidiaries (JDA, Gamma) Business Market (Retail) • Duty Free for seaports, airports, and transportation ships such as airplanes, maritime ships and trains.
