After taking several responsibilities as Data Science in Marketing Area, last 2 years I’ve been responsible for developing new Customer Analytics Area. Main responsibilities include defining strategy for the Area, leading a team of DS, managing different stakeholders across the Company, defining Data needs and supervising and developing analysis and models (Exploratory Analysis, Machine Learning modeling, Data Mining, KPIs definition and reporting)
