Function as network manager as head of the team; provide required support and maintain policies, software and hardware to ensure optimal networking functionality, design failure response policy. Negotiate and review contracts with service and software providers; keep infrastructures up to date and adequate. Initiate and maintain the acquisition of any industry relevant certifications Responsible for ensuring adequacy to audit requirements and responding to any discrepancy.

In charge of Financial/Banking & Insurance Dpt., PMO office, and Project portfolio management: • Preparing and follow up the annual budget of the Unit, including the Business Plan and the Strategic Plan Corporate. • Handling large projects on Anti_money Laundering Platform, Factoring Intelligent Matching and Cash Management Solutions. • Managing several concurrent implementation programs sharing resources across all projects administered. • Giving the project team directions and maintain control of progress, quality and budget. • Identifying and developing project management methodology, best practices, and standards. • Coaching, mentoring, training Project Managers. • Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures and templates. • Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and shared documentation. • Managing the methodologies, standards, overall risks and opportunities, metrics and interdependencies among projects at the enterprise level. • Change management and workload management. • Built strong productive working relationship with the stakeholders. • Ensuring services achieve the agreed Service Levels • Review and ensure the maintenance of optimum resource levels necessary for the delivery of the agreed service, including staff, spares, equipment, tools etc. Major achievements: Implemented multiple lean initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings to the company through the adoption of a continuous delivery solution that automated the provisioning and configuration of the product installation. Manage several concurrent implementation programs as part of a solutions delivery business. Serve as the facilitative team leader responsible for removing blocking issues in order to maximize team productivity.
