After working for 7 years in the Advertising industry as Account Manager, I decided to move on to the client side to start managing my own budget and being accountable for the projects I was involved in. having set-up from scratch the CRM contact strategy of 2 big gaming companies, I offer my expertise to those who are in need of building a brand strategy through retaining their customer base, avoiding churn, and focusing on customer experience.
