MANUELA MOULIAN MUNIZAGA
Manuela Moulian is an art director specializing in communication, branding
and information design, with a Masters degree in Design and Communication (Elisava
Editorial design: She has worked in various studios in Barcelona such as Cases i Associats,
Morillas Branding Agency, Feriche Black, B-Guided, among others. She has been art director for the National Geographic Magazine and Architecture & Design Magazine for RBA Group. From her
own studio she has done art direction for several publishing companies such as Planeta,
Espasa and Press Alternatives, among others. She has also published her first graphic
novel Sofía Caza Palabras (Lom Press, Chile and Denmark).
Communication and branding: She has worked on 360º communication projects for clients
such as Barcelona City Hall, Barcelona Activa, Barcelona Tourism, Polytechnic
University of Catalonia, Organizanization of the American States and Bank of
Interamerican Development. In 2010 she won a Laus Graphic Design Award for the
design of the website Barcelonavisio. During her work as art director in the Government
of Chile, she directed an advertising campaign for various ministries.
Information design: She has participated in the creation of an automated infographic
system to communicate the achievements of the Government of Chile in its 5 strategic
areas. Subsequently she has designed a platform for data analysis in the Decoding
European Creative Skills research project at Elisava School. She has also created
infographics for scientific and cultural projects in Barcelona.
