What inspires me is to solve challenging electromagnetic interference problems, where novel measurement and strategies shall be developed. I initiated my professional career in the ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) field in 2003, when I started working in an EMC test laboratory company. Afterward, in 2006, I joined the EMC research group at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya where I was able to learn, practice, study and know-how to face up to solve EMC interference problems which are hard to overcome. Helping companies to make their products' compliance with international standards through EMC testing, electronic redesign, and training services. Furthermore, working at GCEM-UPC I have been able to define and take part in international & national research projects related to automotive, aerospace, railway industries. The results of my research, which is still going ahead after completing my Ph.D. in 2015 and are dedicated to novel EMI time-domain measurement techniques and EM simulation, have been published in international conferences and journals. Finally, after finishing my Ph.D., I also started teaching at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya to MSc degrees students in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering with EMC Design and Instrumentation lectures.
