I've worked a lot with Miguel and he is an excellent professional. Working with an analyst like him made my work as a designer way easier. He helped me to understand how the product makes the user feel and how to prioritise the different product features. His deep knowledge of data and users let me create products with a better understanding of the users needs, which in the end is the main goal.
