Main activity in this position is to design timber frame houses in accordance with the Architect's drawings and client specifications. Main duties are to create general arrangement drawings and submit them to Client / Architect for approval, design walls and incorporate structural elements in accordance to Iris regulation and Engineer's specifications, design the open-web joists and create floor cassettes, design roof trusses / flat roof joists. Finally, create production drawings for the factory and assembly drawings for site. The software I am using is WoodEngine for wall panels and Pamir for floor and roof. Also I am using MBA form Mitek Company as a production management software.

Main activity is to co-ordinate the roof design team assuring that all the projects are designed in accordance to the Architect and Engineer specifications using Mitek and HSB CAD software. Coordinate with the floor team and wall team to ensure that the continuous load path is created and the point loads are correctly transferred to the foundation. Coordinate with the production team in regards to the manufacture schedule. Liaising with the erecting team to solve potential issues.
