MedYapım (medyapim.com), one of the biggest movie/series production company in the Türkiye asked us to build a mobile game development studio for them. In a year, we build production line, did the hiring and made a working studio for them with 3 games published to stores! - datafloem

Komtaş (komtas.com), the biggest data vendor in Türkiye asked for our help on building their first data product; datafloem!

Datafloem is an ETL tool that helps customers to easly run their day to day jobs without any coding knowledge on any database they like! Before they meet with us, they already acquired all the product and marketing knowledge for building such a tool. All we had to do is to transfer our battle tested query and scheduling engine, plan a Kubernetes deployment and build a backend for them! They build the entire UI/UX with their teams and integrated into the backend. From scratch, we fully build the working version of this product in only 8 months. - back.zone SDK

From the day one, we wanted to have a distributed by default, cloud-native and scalable SDK where concepts like building real-time applications should be a ease. After spending around 11 months, we finally did it! Harnessing the power of Akka (2.6), including years of experience on the field and solving tons of different production requirements, we believe what we call “the sdk” for the extremely high performance and opiniated appoarch on web scale solutions.

yenniro is a shared economy platform for home cook chefs! You can order any chef registered on the system. Can’t share the full details, since it’s not launched yet but this gonna be one of the greatest food apps on the region!

I was responsible for the technical management and development of AI, Mobile and Big Data teams.

We were having a lot of performance and development problems with the outsourced company which were developing/maintaining the mobile app of Sözcü so product team were looking for an internal solution. Due to budget/time constrains, they asked for a solution and we re-write entire app in React Native with 2 developers in 3 months.

This was a great success since that app were using by 4 millions user daily and after our first publication of the app, rates and reviews went to roof! We focused on building a purely data driven UI, target was to get constant 60 FPS even on the very low end Android devices and we succeed on that.

I was responsible for the technical management of the Big Data & Related Tools teams.

A realtime dashboard that gathers data from websites (sozcu.com.tr, korkusuz.com.tr etc) and their mobile apps to shows how users reacts to published content/news, creates auto segments, automatically switch segmentation pools for user, shows average duration, ads displayed and money earned per user/session and gives feedbacks to content creator whether they should enhance their content with images or additional info focused by the users.

This product was created to handle 50M EPS (event per second) on average and 2B EPS in peak. During extreme peak hours (national/local elections, nation-wide covered breaking news or scandals) it was and still is handling ~10B EPS with a 10 seconds respond time which means whenever an event happens, effected dashboard units get displayed after 10 seconds.

Smart Suite Web SDK project’s focus was to unify a base client that tracks designated dom element by their CSS classes or id’s to generate a JSON payload then save that payload to local storage in a time-series manner then without disrupting the user. send all the collected data to Smart Media Suite gathering endpoints via POST.
