As an engaged Operations Manager, new challenges are of high interest to me. My accomplishments and experience are almost copycat of the qualifications and skills a specific business can seek to streamline their processes and optimize them.
In Paris, I had the chance to be a keyplayer of Meero’s Operations during the licorne valuation step: making the revenue of the LatinAmerica&Iberia market explode while ensuring the daily delivery and controlling key performances.
Back in Spain, I launched my own business: Expat Market. Based in Barcelona, I built the operational model to make our Spanish food & beverages best sellers cross the borders. In two years of development, I have been skilled enough to create processes to:
- Source & Activate more than 300 providers
- Acquire & Convert more than 10.000 customers
- Automate & Integrate our online store with our warehouse
- Deliver 1.2M€ of items value during the first 12 months
- Manage an engaged team of 12 FTEs
My daily delivery focus without losing the mid/long-term strategy allowed me to be a proof of success in terms of growth and rentability optimization.
I’m now leaving the project as part of the deal closed in April 2022: we are transferring the warehouse & know-how as well as the clients & providers portfolio to one of our competitors.
Aiming to not do a professional stop, I’m actively looking for a new challenge in the Operations field in which I can apply my expertise and use the energy this momentum has given me.
