-Took the lead in media training sessions for the designated spokesperson for companies of diverse industries. Successfully managing client expectations and stakeholder comms.

-Public Relations Director for Galileo Financial Technologies in Argentina. At the helm of budgeting, tracking work plans and performance metrics, as well as providing status reports.

-Assembled and led the team of 4 professionals in charge of writing the Crisis Handbook for Burger King Argentina. Coming up with the organizational management, budgeting and successfully ensuring on time delivery.

Served as Deputy Chief of Staff for National Senator Humberto Schiavoni, minority (2019-Current) and majority (2017-2019) leader. Fitted together a team of new and already working advisors, harmonizing interests and implementing technology in day to day operations.

-Led a multidisciplinary team of professionals in charge of presenting 226 bills under my supervision.

-Aligned advisor's schedules and expertises in order to follow over 350 committees meetings, reviewing reports issued about said meetings, and briefing stakeholders.

-Cooperated with the Comms team efforts by providing oversight and input for contents, publications and speeches. As a result, social media platforms' followers grew nearly 300% and interaction rose by 349% including several viral hits.

-Served as a bridge with companies and NGOs by filtering requests, arranging over 115 good-will and work meetings. As a result we pushed through over 60 bills addressing a variety of unique concerns.

I´ve put together teams with professionals and volunteers from different backgrounds and expertises. Managed budgets, dealt with pressure to deliver. Mastered planning, internal and external comms, as well as status reports. Throughout different campaigns, I led elections back office teams in charge of scrutinizing with a data-driven approach. Prepared ground teams in several districts for scrutiny and campaigning, as well as report to stakeholders and match grassroot movements. I'm very proud that in every election my teams were top performers and led in budgetary and time efficiency, data flow, and internal and external communications. For that reason, with every election my plate became bigger. 2015- Operations Manager in charge of a district with a population over 200.000. Led a team of 18. 2017- Operations Manager in charge of 3 districts with a combined population over 950.000. Led a team of 43. 2019- Operations Manager in several districts of Buenos Aires province with a combined population over 6 million. Led a team of 116.
