I have been working with Salesforce projects on several major consulting firms starting my career with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and then specializing in Service Cloud as well. Now working in a final client, I'm spending my time as a Salesforce Architect. I can help in any architectural, strategical, monitoring or even building phase of any Salesforce project. I have been working in org health checks, implementing transactional emails, building journeys, creating full Service Cloud consoles with Chat, bots, Amazon Voice CTI, Knowledge, surveys, flows, triggers, etc.
I have some free time to spare and put my hands on the system which is something I miss in my current position.
