I am passionate about bringing a vision to life with practical project management skills.
In order to do this, I strongly believe in dedicating some time in the pre-planning stage to ensure that your company's mission, vision and business goals align with the goals and objectives of this project. I value traditional methods of project management- giving importance to the planning and documentation of a project, whilst also incorporating agile methods during the execution of the project to give space to the team to adapt to unexpected (and arguably, inevitable) changes, to encourage close collaboration and a dynamic, enjoyable and synergetic workflow.
However, I do believe in the importance of a clear initiation and planning phase, in which a project charter, summary, project management plan, project budgets, schedule and scope are clearly defined and refined in order have the most successful and efficient project with the expected results as you desire!
I love being a central point, overviewing and planning all the tedious aspects of a project so that your team can focus on what they are good at. I enjoy working with groups of people, being a warm team-mate the group can lean on and depend on, and most importantly I value using all these skills and methods in order to ensure that the project finishes within the planned deadline, hitting all the objectives and requirements we carefully and thoughtfully fleshed out at the beginning of the project.
