• ● Developed and executed a technology roadmap aligned with a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) business model, enabling scalable deployment and recurring revenue.
• ● Actively contributed to policy discussions on AI and robotics at the national level, advocating for ethical and socially responsible automation in Latin America.
