- Recommendations to the sales team: recommendations to country managers for the recruitment of new merchants according to search trends

- Outsourcing Management : search for external solutions for the production of content (writing 200 Buying Guide, 2000 reviews, 50,000 operations of matching / month), implementation of quality monitoring
