    • Supporting over 250 team members, both direct employees and contractors. Teams are based in the US, Japan, Romania, India, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panamá and Peru.
    • As HR Specialist I´m the single point of contact for every employee and contractor on HR related matters.
    • Main responsibilities include: managing payroll , review and re- design Employee Handbook and Company Benefits, Manage employment contracts and terminations, manage LOAs, review and develop training programs, manage internal communications. Currently re-designing the Performance review process as well as onboarding and off boarding processes.
    • Major achievement: successfully drive the team though the re-structure process that started in December 2022.

    • Additional activities: coordinating the onboarding initiative for ONE NA, being faculty for different HR topics, and helping develop learning materials for the practice I supported. Led the Upskilling initiative and was positioned as local Operations team POC.

Led a team of 2 HR analysts that executed operational duties. Designed the HR strategy for the company to set base for its growth. Supported over 200 direct employees in Argentina, 25 in the US and advised franchisees in HR matters for +300 employees.
    • As IFC I led the international expansion to US and Uruguay. Contacting and negotiating with potential franchisees and international suppliers to ensure successful execution of projects at the international level. I was also responsible for implementing standardized operating procedures, and coordinating several teams (+30 team members) while working on the development of new markets. I coordinated the opening of the first store in the US and Uruguay, and also planned and coordinated the first product export from Argentina to US, having to learn and understand FDA and other regulatory policies.
