Develop functional and leadership skills among internal and partners´ Commercial teams in the Region PEBAC (Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile) and lead Commercial transformational projects to improve efficiency over core organizational processes connecting with Global Headquarter and reporting directly to Regional Growth and Sales Effectiveness Head
• Led the Distributor Partners Transformation Model among key partners in the region (Coca Cola, Pepsico) impacting on performance (NSV, Market Share) and drivers of performance (Assortment and Activation) growth.
• Led and set up Commercial Community of Practice in LATAM looking for capability synergies among the region and standardizing and embedding core processes such as Onboarding and Coaching.
• Led several Capability Building Projects in the Region over key backbone processes (Commercial Annual Planning, Net Revenue Management, Innovation) based on maturity assessments, highlighted as global best practices.
• Led working crossfunctionally the development of a digital app solution focused on leveraging distributors partners capabilities on spirits business impacting on agility, execution improvement, sales effectiveness.
