I help startups, scaleups, and AWS Partners design and validate production-ready Generative AI architectures on AWS, with a strong focus on security, data governance, and cost control.

My work typically starts before GenAI goes to production: assessing use-case fit, data readiness (RAG), model strategy, and operational risks, so teams avoid expensive mistakes and compliance issues.

I currently work at Amazon Web Services, bringing hands-on experience designing AWS-native, serverless platforms used by SaaS products across EMEA. I have collaborated with 200+ companies, supporting architecture design, re-architecture, and cloud best practices at scale.

My approach is pragmatic and production-focused: clear decisions, explicit trade-offs, and no demos that cannot be operated safely.
