I lead end to end business performance projects implementation (cross department analytics and dashboards, revenue operations tools and processes, CRM implementation, etc.), from assessment and scope definition to technical implementation and long term operationalisation. I am used to work with a wide range of stakeholders from C-level executives to data analysts and engineers throughout the phases and specificities of each projects.
