As Chief Digital Product Officer for the Energy division at Minsait (Indra Group), I lead the shift from project-centric delivery to a product-centric operating model in complex and regulated environments.

My role focuses on structuring digital capabilities as scalable, governable and economically viable products. This includes product governance, portfolio discipline, demand management and platform strategy.

As CIO, CDO and CISO at Enagás, a leading energy infrastructure company, I was responsible for defining and executing the company’s digital, data and cybersecurity strategy in a highly regulated environment and in the midst of the energy transition. My role combined strategic vision, technological execution and corporate security to ensure business resilience, operational efficiency and innovation.

As CIO, I led the modernization of the IT ecosystem through the migration to hybrid cloud architectures, the adoption of SAP S/4HANA, and the deployment of automation, IoT and advanced analytics solutions. I managed multidisciplinary teams and strategic vendors, optimizing costs while strengthening mission-critical systems and guaranteeing operational continuity.

As CDO, I drove the company’s data-driven transformation by designing a robust data governance model, implementing big data and analytics platforms, and fostering a digital culture across all business areas. Under my leadership, data became a lever for innovation, regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making.

As CISO, I developed and implemented the corporate cybersecurity strategy aligned with European regulations such as NIS2 and ENS, reinforcing the protection of critical assets, SCADA security and business continuity against emerging threats. I oversaw regulatory audits, resilience plans and cybersecurity awareness programs for both employees and executives.

My leadership style is based on strategic vision, simplification of complexity and the ability to build high-performance teams. At Enagás, this approach enabled the company to accelerate its digitalization, strengthen cybersecurity and position itself as a benchmark in technology innovation applied to the energy transition.
