• • Reviewed MDS, CRS, GADs and TQs of refrigerant tank supplier for Transpanama project, including Butane, Propane and Ethane storage tanks, ensuring all of API 620 and API 625 requirements are met.

• • Designed API 650 storage tanks of Trans Panama Gateway project located in PANAMA, including oily water, water glycol and portable water tanks.

• • Prepared MDS, RFI and RFQ for the API 650 storage tanks.

• • Prepared MDS and RFI of pressure vessels in Transpanama project.

• • Collaborated with process, Metallurgy, Civil, and electrical disciplines to resolve technical issues of the project.

• • Attended in the biweekly technical meeting with storage tank system supplier resolving technical issues as static equipment senior engineer.

• • Validated vendor assessments and General Arrangement Drawings for over 14 drums,14 bullets, 5 heat exchangers, and 3 towers using PV Elite and Nozzle Pro.

• • Verified API 650 tank calculations for 20 tanks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• • Managed vendor inquiries and prepared Technical Bid Evaluations, enhancing procurement efficiency.

• • Coordinated Inter-Discipline Checks between all disciplines including civil, piping, instrument, process and electrical Dept. for over 50 KVDs, ensuring cohesive project integration.

• • coordinated consolidated GAD and mechanical calculation files along with CRS with vendors and held meetings for addressing difficulties

• • Involved in methanol to Olefin, PP and utility projects as static equipment lead engineer.

• • Evaluated mechanical calculation and GAD of Depropanizer and Dehexanizer towers.

• • Project Involvement: Contributed to key projects including ZAM ZAM3, GOHAR, JAHAN FOULAD 2, and KOWSAR, overseeing static equipment engineering. Reviewed vendor calculations for over multiple drums and API 650 water storage tanks.

• • Technical Evaluation: Validated calculations for four DRI furnace reactors and assessed vendor proposals for reformer tubes and related accessories.

• • Technical Evaluation: Evaluated technical proposals from various suppliers and prepared comprehensive Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs).

• • Design Expertise: Expert in design specifications, general arrangement drawings (GADs), and detailed sketches for Midrex DRI shaft furnace components, including charge hoppers, proportioning hoppers, flow aid inserts, burden feeders (UBF, MBF, LBF), product coolers, seal legs, thermowells, top and cooling gas scrubbers, heat recovery tube bundles, ejector stacks, reformer tubes, reformed and seal gas coolers, compressor silencers, and mist eliminators, purge gas tank, seal gas after cooler.
