As project engineer my role involves different tasks and responsabilites, depending on the project I am assigned to, they can go from Procurement leader to commissioning supervisor on site, engineering supervisor, or even preparing quotations for new projects. This diversity has given me a great overall view of how an EPC project is developed and thus the capacitiy to work in any position. 2016 - 2019. Dublin airport Fuel storage facility (fuel farm) and hydrant pipeline. EPC project. (Dublin, Ireland) - Accountable for all mechanical/electrical equipments procurement phase - Expediting and supervising vendors during manufacturing/FAT of the equipments . - Engineering supervisor - Technical advisor during commissioning and start up phase. *Project budget 33 MM€* 2014-2016 EPC project, LNG storage tank (Pori, Finland) - Accountable for all mechanical equipments procurement phase - Expediting and supervising vendors during manufacturing of the equipments (LNG pumps, cryogenic valves, prefabricated steel structure...) - Mechanical erection/commissioning/start up supervisor on site. - Responsible for warranty issues after start up *Project Budget 30 MM€* 2012 -2014 CSP Thermosolar power plant EPC project (Alicante, Spain) - Expediting and supervising the manufacturing of the mechanical equipments (static & rotating) - Supervising the engineering and vendors, reviewing technical documentation (drawings, manufacturing procedures, inspection plan programs, etc). - Ensuring the equipments are delivered to the construction site just in time, with no delays. - Responsible for the mechanical erection of the equipments in the construction site. - Responsible for the commissioning and start up of the equipments. - Responsible for the budget of the assigned contracts (10 MM €): high pressure feed water pumps, HTF pumps, steam generation system, expansion vessels, small pumps, small pressure vessels, heat exchangers. *Project Budget 250 MM€*

– In charge of the predictive and preventive maintenance plan in a LNG (liquefaction) plant – Vibration analysis in rotating equipment and steel structures. Early detection of failures in pumps, compressors, turbines, air fan coolers etc.. – Thermal imaging in rotating equipment and electrical switchgears to early detect failures – Leading a team of up to 20 technicians. – Updating the maintenance procedures, as well as keeping updated the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) – Ensure stock of key spare parts in the warehouse. – RCM (reliability centered maintenance) implementation project – Planning and executing the tasks assigned during the Major annual Shutdown – Deep knowledge of LNG process, as well as the equipments of the liquefaction process (gas turbines, compressors, turbo expander, centrifugal pumps, heat exchangers) as well as the utilities (Nitrogen plant, power generation, instrument air, desalination plant, waste water unit, heat exchangers, fire fighting system...)
