I help companies design, stabilise, and scale IoT and real-time data platforms—from edge devices to cloud infrastructure, analytics, and user-facing applications.
As a Fractional CTO and systems architect, I support startups and SMEs that need senior technical leadership without hiring a full-time executive. My work focuses on edge-to-cloud architecture, telemetry pipelines, observability, and platform reliability.
Recent projects include building and operating multi-country telemetry platforms with 100+ IoT devices and real-time data ingestion into AWS, implementing time-series data architectures, monitoring systems, and end-to-end pipelines from devices to dashboards.
