I’m an industrialization and injection molding manager with a hands-on background in production, automation, and process validation. Over the years, I’ve moved from operating machines to leading international projects — always focused on efficiency, quality, and people.

I’ve managed production teams of over 60 technicians and engineers, coordinated mold and machine validations across multiple sites, and driven automation initiatives that improved output and reduced downtime. My experience spans Spain, Poland, Turkey, and Morocco, giving me a broad view of how manufacturing cultures differ — and how to make them work together.

I’m at my best when solving complex production problems, introducing new technologies, or training teams to think like process engineers. I enjoy building systems that run smoothly and mentoring people who want to understand why things work, not just how.
