• Ensuring that best practices for HTML and CSS are followed • Crossbrowser testing with both Firefox and Chrome extensions and BrowserStack • Entering detailed defect descriptions into the Jira defect tracking system or similar • Execute requirements based manual test cases • Assist development team with early and frequent testing of work in progress software • Execute test methods as prescribed by test plans:  functional, end-user testing, ad-hoc and exploratory testing • Communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues • Understand the software development process/life cycle • Work with Project Managers, Departmental Heads, and Creative Services team to resource plan and allocate testing work

• Integration and User Acceptance Testing of e-commerce applications backend and frontend services for the implementation of the new responsive design and the integration with the new ERP system. • Managing evolving test requirements throughout the product lifecycle, covering test analysis, planning, design, test data preparation and test execution • Worked with users and customer service and Marketing team to develop User Acceptance Testing procedures and strategies as well as helping to coordinate and implement usability testing • Working in cooperation with marketing team and site managers to ensure that the new content and assets are being uploaded following the standard and in accordance with the new website design • Evaluating and reporting test results to stakeholders and recommending if whether or not the features are ready to release
