👋 Hi, I’m Aisling, a People & HR leader with 8+ years’ leading teams and building HR & People functions across fast paced tech startup and corporate environments.

I’ve partnered with leadership to design and implement People strategies aligned to business goals, helping organisations scale from 30 to 150+ employees. My experience spans the whole employee lifecycle including - organisational design, change management, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, D&I, and employee experience.

I’m particularly passionate about bringing structure to fast-growing companies through building strong foundations and streamlining HR processes. At Not On The High Street, I led the transition to a remote-first culture, implemented a new HRIS and payroll system that halved processing time, and drove organisational restructures delivering over £100k in savings.

My approach is hands-on and collaborative: I will always start by getting to know the organisation, diagnosing challenges (both organisational and people related), then co-create solutions with internal teams that can be optimised with systems and tools that make growth scalable.
