Ana Pombo García

Ana (Santander, 1991) holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Salamanca. In addition to a Master's in HR Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, she has pursued studies in Agile Methodologies, Management & Leadership, and an MBA.

Her organizational transformation approach stems from a strategic business perspective and product vision in shaping the employee experience. Ana focuses on understanding where the company needs its people to be and, from there, constructs the structure and culture (ways of working) to achieve those goals. She is oriented towards international environments, emphasizing employee empowerment, agile and flexible methodologies, and a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and positive societal impact. For Ana, these environments are crucial for attracting and retaining the right talent while building a more competitive company.
