I come from a software development background and have always stayed close to the code — whether guiding automation efforts or shaping systems-thinking around testing.

What drives me today is helping teams grow: coaching people, aligning cross-functional processes, and embedding a quality mindset into the entire delivery lifecycle.

I’m especially passionate about facilitating workshops, mentoring engineers, and solving process pain points with clarity and empathy.

I’m certified in ISTQB® Advanced Test Management, Automation, and Security — and recently added the EXIN BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis to deepen my collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.

• Tooling and automation: Developed automation scripts and templates to collect and visualize GitLab metrics via Python and Google Sheets, improving transparency for planning and reporting.
• Governance and tech team organization: Supported leadership in tech team restructuring, accountability, capacity planning, and visibility, including GitLab label cleanup, Milestones definitions and improved workflow documentation.
