Hi, my name is Andrei and I am a passionate software engineer with a bachelor degree in computer science and more than 14 years of commercial experience.
With a proven track record of developing SaaS/cloud platforms in spheres like Advertising, Sport and Talent Acquisition I have been constantly pushing myself out of comfort zone in order to develop robust, state-of-art solutions bringing companies I have worked for to new horizons.
Being characterised as a self-motivated, with a get-things-done attitude, I am a team player who learns quickly and able to mentor others.
As an Agile practitioner I prefer working in small teams with open communication, where every opinion is valued and taken into account. Staying an open-minded person and challenging commonly accepted practices and technologies is a good way for me to keep up with the fast pace of digital world and is something that allows me to make a difference.
