SAP MM Functional Specialist:

• Implementation of S4Hana for some companies in the Group.

• Working together with the IT staff and the end user, intermediating the entire assessment process until the beginning of the development of new SAP applications for the Purchasing module.

• Responsible for defining best practices and increasing the use of SAP Standard, avoiding unnecessary developments, thus aiming at the lowest possible impact on future updates.

Test Manager:

• Monitor and Control the execution of regression tests, automation of manual test scripts and continuous improvement activities carried out by a test center of excellence located in Manila-Philippines. This program aims to improve the quality of IT deliveries, reduce the volume of problems in the production environment in SAP and optimize the cost of maintaining IT solutions.

Release Manager:

• Review and define, together with a global team, a release schedule for a SAP application, with the objective of organizing the life cycle of change deliveries, using agile methodology, defining when would be the best date for implementing corrections, system evolutions and projects, seeking to cause as few problems as possible and consequently reducing the volume of corrections;

• Help project managers in the transition phase (Hand-over) from the project team to the team responsible for managing the on-going activities related to a SAP application (AMS – Application Management Services); • Participate and manage local and global meeting.

Hand-Over Manager:

• Help project managers in the transition phase (Hand-over) from the project team to the team responsible for managing the on-going activities related to a SAP application (AMS - Application Management Services); • Create user guides, template documents and processes.

Product Owner

• Act as a full specialist consultant in the MM module, with an emphasis on supporting Supply management.

• Provide support to users through guidance, clarifications, identification of systemic and operational errors, verification of parameterizations in tables, simulation of errors and creation of solution proposals.

• Perform functional tests to identify possible failures in configurations and suggest improvement proposals.

• Use of PFCG and SUIM transactions to verify access profiles and skills in the SPRO transaction to verify configurations such as Purchasing Organization, Center, Company, Logistics Center and Commercial Location.

• Support to grant access to users in legacy systems (SSO – Budget System Support and NPC – New Contracting Portal).

• Gathering of business requirements;

• Process design;

• Functional specification development;

• Planning and implementation of Unit Tests and Integrated Tests;

• Implementation of international customer units;

• Rollout implementation of units acquired by the customer;

• Systemic training and stabilization to customer units;
