Designed and launched the company's first e-commerce platform, integrating it with a new ERP implementation and POS systems. In charge of all aspects of online sales operations, including inventory updates, pricing strategies, logistics coordination, customer service policies (returns, shipping fees), and website content management. Led digital retail initiatives, integrating online and offline sales strategies to improve operational efficiency.
