I'm a senior HR Operations professional with over fifteen years of experience in international, regulated environments — most recently as the sole HR lead at a Danish MedTech company, managing the full employee lifecycle across seven countries.

I work with companies that need HR done properly without the overhead of a full-time hire. That might mean setting up compliant international hiring infrastructure, untangling a payroll mess, writing policies that actually reflect how the business works, or providing steady operational support while you find your footing.

My particular strength is the unglamorous, high-stakes work that falls between the cracks: EOR and PEO implementation, multi-country payroll, employment contracts across jurisdictions, HRIS selection and rollout, and the kind of employee relations situations that need discretion as much as expertise.

I'm also available for HR domain review work in AI development contexts — evaluating outputs, writing training scenarios, and assessing HR-specific content for accuracy and practical relevance.

Currently studying towards achieving CIPD Level 5 in people management. I work remotely, communicate clearly, and don't require hand-holding. If you know what needs doing but don't have the internal resource to do it, that's where I come in.
