My career has evolved across two main professional cycles. Firstly in the banking sector, focus on credit risk models from both business and supervisory perspectives, followed by a strategic pivot to lead Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI. I chose to evolve in order to complement my experience and to solve complex challenges across diverse business lines and markets, consistently bridging the gap between technology and tangible business growth.

- Equifax IberiaData & Analytics Directorseptiembre de 2022 - octubre de 2024 (2 años y 1 mes)Madrid, SpainMy main activities have been focused on the design and execution of Equifax's Data & Analytics strategy for Iberia, aligning it with the Corporate lines. I have led D&A teams and our main achievements have been:- The design and development of products based on Data & Advanced Analytics for Risk Management, Collections, Marketing and Fraud. In this process, during the last years advanced Machine Learning algorithms have been incorporated, with special emphasis on Explainable Artificial Intelligence (xAI).- The development and implementation of Data Governance and Models in the Iberia Business Unit.- Direct participation with Sales in the generation of opportunities as well as the execution of proofs of concept and execution of consulting projects.- The transformation of Legacy analytical environments (SAS) to Google Cloud Platform, which is currently the D&A analytical platform. We have also worked closely with IT in the corporate process of migrating from Mainframe to GCP.- Close collaboration with the legal and DPO departments with special emphasis on Data Governance Framework, product developments and implications of the AI Act. Also close collaboration with IT, BPMO and Finance departments.- Collaborations with Supervisory Institutions such as Bank of Spain under the Spanish Regulatory Sandbox as well as other Equifax regions around the world, conventions and informative exhibitions.
