Then I switched to audio, video and image processing, essentially for server side applications (IP TV, video editing, etc.) but also for local use.

Most of the last 10 years I worked on server side rendering of personalized mockup of clothes, devices, etc. for print-on demand and drop shipping industry. So I have special skills in writing image processing scripts that reproduce specific Photoshop PSD files.
