I am an all-round compensation expert with international (EMEA) experience who climbed through the HR ladder from admin through data analyst to manager, influencing global pay practices in an FTSE10 company.
I have been solely managing UK Gender and Ethnicity pay reporting for the past 7 years and now managing preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive in 7 EU countries.
I also have extensive experience with data manipulation, visualisation, automation and reporting. I build tools that automates your regular reporting, saving time and reducing risk of processing errors. I can turn any data into a story through analysis and visualisation.

    Duties I had a 50:50 split role within our HR function in between Data Analysis and Generalist HR duties

    Data Analysis
    • - Reporting weekly figures to the Senior Management Team on DHL and agency FTEs, overtime FTEs, vacancy requisitions and volume figures for all 3 sites in UK (EMA, LHR, LTN) plus separately for our Customs department. Investigating abnormal figures and reporting back in the format of a PowerPoint presentation
    • - Generating monthly reports:
    ◦ o Short term / Long term sickness benefit (hours and cost by department)
    ◦ o Recruitment forecast
    • - Organise performance management for our managers and directors through the company's talent management portal
    • - Keeping HR systems up to date with cost centre and manager allocations (SAP, Oracle and Open Option)
    • - Managing invoices (over 150 per month) including agency working hours. Created a spreadsheet to log invoices and to be able to generate monthly KPIs which I am presenting to the agency representatives
    • - On an Ad-hoc basis provide my colleagues with data that they require. Using mainly SAP and Open Option reporting

    Generalist duties
    • - Solely responsible for new starters' probation process
    • - Recruitment, background checks, on-boarding, HR induction and new starters input
    • - Conducting probation review meetings and disciplinary hearings
    • - Keeping HR intranet and iShare portal up to date
    • - General HR duties and queries (parental leaves, payroll queries, pension, benefits, personal details update, filing, record of conversations, SOPs, HR Inbox management, agency, security passes, exit interviews…)
