• Performed several Commercial Due Diligences in the fields of Consumer Goods, Energy, Education, and Infrastructures in the upper-middle market (deals ranging USD 200M-1 B), advising some of the top-tier Private Equity houses worldwide, both from the buy and sell side

• Projects in the fields of banking – i) divestiture of the commercial banking arm of a Bulge Bracket bank in Mexico; ii) separability report to the European Banking Authority of the #1 bank in Spain; and Telco – post-merger integration of the commercial channels of two Telco operators in Panama
