Realizar test cases, validación de software segun la etapa del desarrollo, regresiones, test runs, pruebas unitarias y comprobaciones de datos por API o Base de datos, seguimiento de tickets y propuestas de mejoras

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for IT projects. Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning sessions or estimations with the team, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals. Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, refining stories based on feedback from design and development teams. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure UI/UX alignment and with developers to clarify technical requirements and resolve issues. User Story Creation: Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria, ensuring they meet the team's Definition of Ready. Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives: Involved in sprint reviews to demo features and gather feedback, and in retrospectives to improve team processes. Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve collaboration between design and development teams for more efficient sprints. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations throughout the sprint cycles. Content Creation & Workshops: Develop and deliver workshops for business analyst teams and other departments on managing critical content, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and User Stories. Also, actively participate in public workshops and events to promote interest in the tech industry, fostering engagement and knowledge-sharing for non-tech people.
