SEON provides an Online Fraud Prevention & AML platform for both small and enterprise businesses with an API-first approach.

My main responsibility was to manage and be a subject matter expert on the company's most critical APIs and the market's most customizable Transaction Evaluation Engine with the help of a cross-functional team.

My daily tasks included:

Driving product roadmaps, quarterly plannings, backlog prioritization and defining project scopes. / Preparing documentations for decision making (Investigations, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)) and creating specifications for developments / Collect and evaluate data (database analysis and usage metrics) for decision making and gather customer feedbacks, insights / Managing delivery and coordinating efforts between stakeholders (engineering teams, UI/UX designers, marketing, etc) / Facilitate agile ceremonies (Kanban & Scrum) / Specifying and overseeing internal and external requests that needed direct DB data modification

Main achievements:

React Rewrite & Design System implementation for the 'Rule Editor' UI / Executing Consolidations and logical optimizations on the Evaluation Engine / Implementing DB structure modifications / Integration to new internal MicroServices / Contribution to implementing EventDriven architecture / Executing POCs for performance improvement opportunities / Sunsetting of old API versions / Regression test coverage improvement / Deployment process improvement

Responsibility:

Design and delivery of a free, web-based Hospitality software for the Hungarian market and the new NTAK API's endpoints, commissioned by the Hungarian Tourism Agency, focusing on minimizing market-distorting effects while maximizing user satisfaction to the greatest extent possible. Desktop, Mobile and Tablet (iOS&Android) hybrid applications
