For 15+ years, I've been helping founder-led businesses get structured — taking on missions across sales & customer acquisition, operations, and finance — from early-stage ideas to more mature organisations.
I typically work on 5 types of missions:
+ Operations structuring — audit what exists, define ownership, standardise core processes (finance, HR, reporting), implement the right tools and make them stick
+ GTM strategy & commercial launch — validate the market, define positioning and pricing, build the acquisition engine and distribution model, and execute the launch across DTC, marketplace or physical retail
+ Tech stack design & implementation — select and deploy the right ops and data tools (ERP, CRM, project management, reporting), integrate them and automate the workflows around them
+ Financial structure & performance monitoring — set up P&L oversight, define the KPIs that actually matter, and build dashboards that give leadership real visibility instead of spreadsheet chaos
+ International market entry — assess feasibility, model the financials, design the go-to-market approach and handle the operational setup for entering a new market or channel
Depending on where the business is starting from, a typical mission runs 3 to 6 months — sometimes longer. Founders get their time back to focus on growth, and teams can operate without constant firefighting.
